Hotel Liability | InjuryBoard Virginia Beach

Should a hotel guest (here a commercial airline pilot) ever receive a severe electrical shock during a hotel shower? We think not, and here the effects of the shock adversely affected our client's eyesight and caused muscle weakness and other symptoms that ended our client's piloting career with a major airline, causing loss of his career, and massive earning losses. Our challenge was to prove how and why the shock occurred.
